Each program listed suggests hours spent with us in order to fully develop skills. However, the total number of sessions can vary depending on the student's overall skill level. Most programs are taught on a one-on-one basis.

READING ENHANCEMENT: Our reading programs are uniquely tailored for each student. After
completing an academic history and diagnostic reading exam, our reading specialists will design
and implement a reading program based in phonics, decoding, and comprehension.

MATH SKILLS DEVELOPMENT: Our math program will help students understand math concepts.
After completing an academic history and diagnostic math exam, our math specialists will design
and implement a math program designed for the student's specific needs. (8 - 35 hours)

EFFECTIVE WRITING: Every student can benefit from developing strong writing skills. Students willlearn to use the writing process to fully develop their ideas. From creative writing to analytical
essays, writing is a key to academic success. (8 -12 hours)

SCHOOL SURVIVAL SKILLS: School Survival skills develops skills in organization
and study habits. Choose from the programs below that best fit your student's needs.
Freshman Survival: This program is designed for incoming freshmen who want to jump start
their GPA. Topics covered include effective reading strategies for textbooks and novels, writing
techniques, study strategies for tests and finals, organization, time management, goal setting,
and daily study habits. (8 - 12 hours)

ADVANCED STUDY SKILLS: This program is designed for experienced high school students who
want to be more effective learners. Topics covered are similar to the freshmen survival topics.
This program is perfect for students who want to be academically successful but need some
guidance. (8 - 12 hours)

ACT TEST PREPARATION: It's never too early or too late to start preparing for the ACT.
Last year alone, we successfully prepared over 6,000 students! (10 hours)

HIGH SCHOOL MATH REFRESHER: From freshman to AP students, summer is a great time
to review last year's math course and/or prepare for next year's. Refresh your memory with a
math review and preview. (8 -12 hours)

SUMMER SCHOOL ASSISTANCE: Our instructors are available to assist students in their
summer school classes. Highly qualified tutors are available in all subject areas.
